AscendTMS Operations Practice Test

The All Loads tab provides a universal view of every load record stored in the system, regardless of status. That means you can see loads that are active, in transit, completed, canceled, on hold, drafted, or archived all in one place. It’s designed for broad access and auditing, letting you search across the entire load history and pull up any record you need. You can still apply filters to narrow by date, carrier, origin, destination, or status, but by default the tab doesn’t exclude anything. This is different from views that show only active work, or only accounting-ready items, which explains why it’s the go-to for a complete picture of all loads.
